Property-wide review
Each category is considered in context. The exact scope depends on the property, installed systems, safe access and conditions at the time of inspection.
Inspections are non-invasive and limited to areas and systems that are accessible and can be safely inspected and tested at the time of the visit. Where a condition appears to require specialist investigation, we will recommend further assessment by an appropriately qualified professional. The inspection does not provide structural, architectural or engineering certification, legal advice, destructive testing, or a guarantee against hidden defects.
Measurements are taken where they are relevant, practical and supported by the conditions on site. They add context to an observed condition; they do not by themselves establish a hidden cause.
Thermal patterns, moisture readings or visible movement can indicate that closer assessment is justified. Thermal imaging alone does not diagnose hidden defects. Where needed, the report recommends assessment by an appropriately qualified professional.
