Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is shown in the company details below.

If you have any question about how your personal data is handled, use the contact details in the company details section.

What personal data we collect

• Contact details you choose to submit through the inspection request form: name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number.
• Property details you provide: property location, property type, inspection type, preferred date and any message text.
• Technical data strictly necessary to deliver the website, such as your device, browser and consent preference stored on your device.
• Analytics or marketing data only where you have given prior consent through the cookie banner.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To respond to your inspection enquiry and prepare a possible service — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To deliver and secure the website — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To use optional analytics or marketing cookies — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• To comply with legal or accounting obligations where a service is provided — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How the contact form works

The inspection request form on this website prepares a message in your own email application. The website itself does not currently store submitted form data in a database.

Once your message is sent, it is processed in the email system of the data controller and retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Who your data is shared with

Personal data is not sold. It may be processed by service providers strictly necessary to operate the website, email and, where consented, analytics — each acting as a processor under a data processing agreement.

The specific providers and any international transfer safeguards will be listed here once the suppliers are confirmed.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to respond and, where a service follows, for the retention periods required by applicable law. Consent preferences are stored on your device until you change or clear them.

Your rights

• Access, rectification and erasure of your personal data.
• Restriction of processing and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Data portability where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
• Lodging a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
